Grist House has a delicious variety of brews, at least 10 on tap at a time. They also have my mother’s favorite, Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Their specialties are Sours and IPAs; although there do produce other varieties. I enjoy almost all the beers as they are executed quite well. Service can also be good, but is aimed towards efficiency as the teams rotate amongst locations as well as the areas of service. Grist House has a lovely outdoor space that can get very crowded on beautiful days. Additionally, there is the original bar space inside with all the tanks and a newly constructed bar space that is light and open. As an individual who struggles with change, I still prefer the original old school bar house, but it is nice to have expanded places to sit and enjoy beers in the newly constructed bar area.
