Service: 6/10 – Seated quickly and then it took a minute to get service to order. Overall friendly and much more attentive after placing the order
Ambience: 8/10 – Small house converted to a restaurant with few tables, but nice layout and a good bar. A nice outside patio as well

Darby’s is located inside an old house that has been converted with a large bar area and several tables. It is a small joint that outputs quality food. There is a small draft beer selection on tap as well as a variety of wine and cocktails. The wondrous thing about Darby’s is it’s a great place to go if you want just a small amount of food, a good time to share with the girls, or a full meal with your parents. They provide a variety of sliders of which you can choose to order 1, 2, or 3, which are delicious. You can also add a side for an additional $2-3 to make a small meal. On top of this there are full entrees as well as appetizers that change seasonally. The food is well seasoned and tasty. I had the filet slider, buffalo chicken slider, and fries. All was well cooked and with my customization (no aioli on the slider). This is definitely a spot to return!
